Alex trained as a sculptor gaining a BA (Hons) from Bath Academy. She then went on to train in conservation at Weymouth College and took a scholarship to study in Italy.

Alex is accredited to ICON (The Institute of Conservation) as a conservator.

She has worked as a practical conservator for over 20 years, working for herself and major conservation companies throughout the UK and Ireland.

Her clients include English Heritage, the National Trust, Royal Palaces, Churches and private clients. Alex is available for commissioned work and sub contract work.
